The Motive

Good health might be the single most important gift we get in life. Something that some of us may take for granted until a moment comes along that challenges how good our health actually is. And until that moment, we forget one of the key things about it - it doesn’t just stick around as we age. It requires a certain level of maintenance and commitment to it.

Easy to lose and hard to regain, our health is something that we must all actively work to maintain. The more we can invest in our health during our earlier years of life, the more likely it will pay dividends for us in our later years.

People can easily become hyper-focused on being “perfect” about their health. Our goal is to help you develop sustainable habits that deliver strong results so you can continue to live doing the things you want and need to do, without limits. At Motive, we’ll help you build health for life.

Dr. Stephen Laski

Chiropractor, Certified Primary Spine Provider, Certified Functional Strength Coach

Steve’s goal is to help people struggling with injuries and pain using movement, strength training, and lifestyle-focused plans to reclaim and take ownership of their health.

Trained formally as a chiropractor, Steve functions mainly as a coach. Whether that’s guiding clients through rehab for a sports or performance injury, helping them build better lifestyle habits to improve their health, or helping to train for an athletic event, Steve’s goal is to be the Alfred to your Batman.

In addition to founding Motive Health, Steve is currently a staff chiropractor at the Neurospine & Sports Care Center at Beth Israel Deaconess - Plymouth hospital.
